At Designer Silk Clothes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your silk garment is not a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package with Care

  Place the silk items in their original protective packaging to prevent snagging or damage during transit, ensuring all designer labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the silk for integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
